Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming Announce the 2026 Alumni Hall of Fame Class
Casper - “Growing up with a single mom and eight siblings, the Club was more than just a place to go during the summer. It was a safe place where I could learn, compete, have fun and challenge myself,” said Mike Rickard, Retired Navy SEAL. “The Club taught me the value of hard work and serving others, lessons that stayed with me throughout my career and my life.”
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming are proud to announce the 2026 Alumni Hall of Fame. With more than 105,000 past Club members and numerous nominations, a panel of judges has selected seven outstanding individuals whose accomplishments reflect the lasting impact of their Club experiences.
For more than five decades, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming has helped young people build skills, relationships and confidence that extend well beyond their years at the Club. What began as the Casper Boys Club in 1969 has grown to 11 sites serving youth across four counties, with programs ranging from after-school and summer programming to sports and fitness, career readiness, and WyoTowne.
Matt Cassel, who has served on the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming Board for 35 years, said, “Since 1969, the Club has given generations of young people opportunities to learn, grow, and discover what they are capable of. This year’s class represents the many different ways those experiences can shape a young person’s future, and we are proud to recognize their accomplishments.”
The 2026 Alumni Hall of Fame class includes:
- Rachel Bouzis, Director of Policy & Learning at Natrona Collective Health Trust - Club member from 2000 to 2003.
- Johnny Herman, Retired; serves as Chaplain at the Natrona County Jail - Club member from 1971 to 1989.
- Damarian Kelly, Small Business Owner - Club member from 2006 to 2013.
- John Kornkven, Associate Broker at CBC Cornerstone Real Estate - Club member from 1973 to 1979.
- Ally Orr, Educator, community volunteer and youth advocate - Club member from 1998 to 2002.
- Michael Rickard, Retired Navy SEAL; former Master Chief Petty Officer - Club member from 1978 to 1982.
- Chris Usry, Assistant Principal at Pathways Innovation Center - Club member from 1991 to 1997.
