Casper College is pleased to welcome Casperite Alicia Roberts as the school’s new human resources director.
Currently, the director of human resources at DISA Technologies LLC, Roberts noted that she will bring a strong foundation in employee relations, talent development, and organizational support. “I have a deep commitment to serving our community and passion for contributing to an environment where students, educators, and staff can thrive,” she said.
According to her résumé, Roberts has experience with several human resources information systems, including UKG, Rippling, Insperity, PrismHR, and Kronos. “My experience with the Human Resources Information System and applicant tracking systems implementation and compliance across diverse industries has taught me how to streamline processes while maintaining a strong focus on culture,” she said.
“I am truly pleased to welcome an individual with the qualifications and experience that Alicia brings to the table. She is joining us with 13 years of human resources experience and a commitment to positively affect the employee culture here,” said Casper College President Brandon Kosine.
Roberts views human resources as a service function and notes that central to that is creating an environment where each employee can develop and master skills, contribute to the organization through their work, and feel connected to and a part of the college.
“My leadership philosophy is grounded in servant leadership, with a clear mandate: enable people and the business to perform at their highest level while maintaining integrity, accountability, and sound risk management,” said Roberts.
