Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and record residents’ vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
