Yoga at the Station

Join the YMCA of Natrona County for three hours of Yoga at the Station located in the heart of Casper at David Street Station. This event is free and open to community members.

Multiple Yoga teachers will lead various styles of Yoga to help awaken your mind, body, and spirit. More details on schedule coming soon.

Please bring your mat, a sweat rag, and a water bottle. A blanket, yoga strap, and yoga blocks are welcome. Don't forget your sunscreen and bug spray. Bathrooms are available for participant use.
