Tree of Love at Central Wyoming Hospice & Transitions

Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions will be holding our annual “Tree of Love” remembrance ceremony and balloon release on Sunday, December 8th at 5:00pm at 319 S. Wilson Street in the Chapman Hospice Home.  Thoughtful words of comfort will be led by the CWHTP Grief Care Coordinator.  Enjoy singing along with cookies and hot chocolate.  Participants will be given the opportunity to write heartfelt messages of love on balloons to be released.  This event is free and open to the public.
