Pumpkin Carving Secrets

The Natrona County Library will host an instructional pumpkin demonstration on Monday, October 22 from 6 to 7 p.m. A presenter will carve a pumpkin in front of the audience, lending helpful suggestions and advice while delivering the following information during this 1-hour program: how to select a good carving pumpkin, how to draw out the pattern you want to carve, how to empty out a pumpkin, pumpkin science, lighting a pumpkin, shadowing, knife safety, and other pumpkin craft options. Free and open to the public.
