No Cost Head & Neck Cancer Screening

Rocky Mountain Oncology Center (RMOC) will sponsor a no cost head and neck cancer screening on site. On June 25th, 2022 from 2PM-4PM this screening will be open to the public in an effort to promote early detection of head and neck cancers. In collaboration with local ENT’s, dentists , no-cost head and neck cancer screenings will be done for anyone with lump in the neck or a sore in the mouth or the throat that does not heal and may be painful, a sore throat that does not go away, difficulty in swallowing, and a change or hoarseness in the voice. No appointment is necessary to see our providers. “The first step to prevention is awareness. Rocky Mountain Oncology, Wyoming Otolaryngology and Aspen Ridge Dental are inviting anyone with these unaddressed head and neck cancer symptoms in for a no charge evaluation.” WHERE: Rocky Mountain Oncology 6501 E 2nd Street Casper, WY 82609 WHEN: Saturday, June 25th 2PM-4PM WHY: “Head and neck cancer symptoms may include a lump in the neck or a sore in the mouth or the throat that does not heal and may be painful, a sore throat that does not go away, difficulty swallowing, and a change or hoarseness in the voice. It is important to see a doctor or dentist about any of these symptoms. Your local providers are volunteering in support of these no cost screening events in an effort to help to detect head and neck cancers early and save lives.” Additional Information: Interested participants can come to Rocky Mountain Oncology on Saturday June 25th 2022 from 2PM-4PM.
