Groundbreaking Ceremony

Unaccompanied Student Initiative is holding the Groundbreaking Ceremony for their new location at 760 Badger Lane in Mills. The program aids in the support of homeless youth. The new location will allow for the expansion of the services provided to the homeless youth of Natrona Couty.
