Festival of HOPE

FREE FREE FREE for everyone! Free hope from mental health and community health providers. Free food; music; clowns; face painting; yoga; meditation; and much more!! Many participants to offer hope! Casper Corvette Club will have beautiful cars there too. Mayor Pacheco will give a proclamation and City Manager will say a word of hope. Kids wear your super hero costumes ????. J.R.’s Hunt; for life is dedicated to offering hope and saving lives.
