Registration: 8:30 a.m to 10:00 a.m.
Competition starting at 10:00 a.m.
For: All Boys and Girls living in a 50 mile radius of Casper, Wyoming ages 8 through 13 as of April 1, 2018.
1st Place winners will move on to the District Level.
