Architecture: More than a Pretty Face

The American Institute of Architects, Wyoming Chapter (AIA Wyoming), along with the Wyoming Board of Architects and Landscape Architects (WBALA) will be hosting a free event, open to the public, on Friday, April 24, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. Doors will open at 5:00 p.m. at the Wyo Sports Ranch, 1887 Champions Blvd., in Casper. This special evening features Mike Chapman, the internationally recognized Host and Executive Producer of America ByDESIGN™, the acclaimed weekly series airing Saturday nights on CBS News. During his presentation, Mike will explore the profound value architects bring to the built environment, illustrated through a showcase of architectural imagery from premier projects across the globe. Following Mike’s presentation, AIA Wyoming will hold their triennial Design and Honor Awards Presentation, a jurored program honoring our members and their best projects from Wyoming architects – located anywhere around the world. Appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided along with a cash bar.
