After School at the Library: Cupcakes and Canvas

Elementary-aged children are invited to attend a spooktacular painting class at the Natrona County Library on Wednesday, October 10 at 4 p.m. Children will create a Halloween bat stencil with sponge paint on canvas. Each little artist will enjoy a free cupcake and leave with a finished masterpiece. All supplies and cupcakes provided at no cost.
