For 53 years the Casper College Kinser Jazz Festival has been providing jazz education and performance opportunities to junior high, high school, and collegiate instrumental and vocal ensembles from across the Rocky Mountain region. The 2020 Kinser Jazz Festival runs February 3 - 5 in the music building on the Casper College Campus. This year's headliner concert, the Count Basie Orchestra, is Tuesday, February 4 at 7 pm at Natrona County High School's John F. Welsh Auditorium.
