Grimshaw Investments, LLC was established in 1990 to provide affordable rental housing options for residents of Wyoming. We have over 350 apartments and homes available in seven Wyoming cities. Most of our projects have been built in the last 10 years and are like brand-new. Maintenance and compliance of our properties is top priority. Affordable housing options. Rent-restricted properties and market rate properties. Our projects encompass 42 separate buildings in seven Wyoming cities.
