DESCRIPTION:The open air gumbo competition at the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds will kick off at 11am. The event also features live music\, vendors and family activities and games. We will have beer sales and vendor participation. The proceeds from the Gumbo Cookoff will benefit cancer patients and their families by providing financial assistance with many of the everyday costs that put extra pressure on a family struggling with the strain and cost of cancer treatments. The event will also raise awareness of our organization and our mission.
