DESCRIPTION:Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions\, a proud member of the national "We Honor Veterans" program\, will be holding an Open House for Veterans and families of Veterans on Wednesday\, November 9th\, from 4:00pm-6:00pm. We invite those attending to bring pictures of themselves or their veteran\, and\, if you wish\, share their stories. We will also be unveiling our new Virtual Honor Wall. CWHT has for years honored our Veteran patients and clients with a place on our Honor Wall in our Kloefkorn Hospice Home. The Virtual Honor Wall allows us to expand that recognition. Veterans and the general public alike are invited.
