DESCRIPTION:Due to the current pandemic\, Jason's Friends Foundation and El Mark-O Lanes have made the difficult decision to postpone the 23rd Annual Bowl for Jason's Friends. Since this is our ONLY fundraiser\, Jason's Friends wants to make it the best that we can despite the challenges we are all facing. COVID-19 has not stopped our Wyoming families from hearing those dreaded words\, "Your child has cancer" so we cannot stop either!\n\nPlease mark your calendars for the 23rd Annual Bowl for Jason's Friends Saturday\, April 24\, 2021 at El Mark-O Lanes in Casper\, WY.\n\nBowling teams of 5. For more information call 235-3421.\n\nThe Bowl for Jason's Friends annual fundraiser is a fun community event involving nearly 1\,000 bowlers and even more donors and sponsors at El Mark-O Lanes in Casper\, Wyoming.\n\nThe proceeds raised from Bowl for Jason's Friends are the primary source of revenue for the funding we provide to Wyoming families enrolled in our program whose children are battling cancer\, brain tumors or spinal cord tumors.\n\nThe amount of financial support has grown significantly from our beginnings in 1996. Since our inception\, over $5\,800\,000 has been disbursed by Jason's Friends Foundation to Wyoming families with childhood cancers. We currently have 145 families in our program. THE NEED IS GREAT!\n\n\n\nAnyone can participate in Bowl for Jason's Friends. People of all ages and bowling abilities are welcome. \n\n- Bowlers form a 5-person team and collect all donations prior to bowling\n\n- Everyone bowls for about an hour at assigned time slots\n\n- Free food and beverages throughout the day\n\n- Free t-shirt for every bowler that collects $75 or more in donations\n\n- Hourly giveaways\, contests and drawings\n\n- Adult and youth prizes for most donations collected\n\n- Special prize drawing for all bowlers\n\n- Bowl a perfect 300 and win $1000 (It happened in 2010!)\n\n\n\nForm a 5-person team\, pick up a team bowling packet from the Jason's Friends office\, any Hilltop Bank\, First Interstate Bank\, El Mark-O Lanes or at jasonsfriends.org. Call Jason's Friends to reserve your assigned time to bowl. Encourage all bowlers to fully participate by collecting donations prior to bowling to support this great cause. Individual bowlers should bring their donations with them for check-in at their designated bowling time.
